  2. Proof of Purchase: Retain a copy of your transaction. It is essential for any inquiries or issues related to redemption.

  3. Validity Period: This gift card remains valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. After this timeframe, any unspent funds will be inaccessible, and the card will be considered expired.

  4. Non-refundable: These gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash nor returned for a monetary refund.

  5. Online Exclusive: This card is intended solely for online shopping and is not redeemable at brick-and-mortar locations unless stated otherwise.

  6. Handle with Care: We will not be held accountable for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization. Ensure you treat this card with the same caution as cash.

  7. Multiple Redemptions: Feel free to use this gift card multiple times until its balance reaches zero.

RETURNS POLICY

Instore Purchases

We have a 14 day exchange/credit note policy.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased instore. 

Online Orders

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or you recieved the wrong item. 
As a goodwill gesture, you can request a refund or exchange for all items purchased fom the Online Shop within 14 days of recieving your order. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at westfield@gallerie.com.au to request a refund or exchange. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom or personalised (E.g., engraved) items and jewellery care products (such as jewellery cloths or cleaner) cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
